We are looking for a results-driven Reseller Channel Account Manager to shape and execute Mimecast’s partner strategy across an assigned territory. You will own the performance of a partner and alliance ecosystem, holding partners accountable to business plans while driving partner-generated pipeline, revenue growth, and long-term customer retention. This role supports Mimecast’s SMB segment across a Southwest territory.

Requirements

  • Strong expertise managing channel or alliance partnerships with full commercial ownership
  • Ability to influence and align stakeholders up to C-suite level
  • Solid understanding of cybersecurity, SaaS, and human risk management
  • Proven success executing partner business plans and driving revenue
  • Comfortable using sales tools to manage pipeline and performance
  • Understanding of revenue drivers, ROI, and buying processes
  • Willingness to travel for partner engagement and events

Responsibilities

  • Drive partner-generated pipeline and revenue across new and existing accounts
  • Build and strengthen executive-level relationships with partners and alliances
  • Own and grow the partner ecosystem pipeline across key accounts and channels
  • Deliver against ARR, renewal rates, KPIs, and partner targets
  • Monitor performance and provide accurate insights and reporting to leadership
  • Execute partner recruitment, onboarding, and activation strategies
  • Stay ahead of cybersecurity trends and translate insights into partner strategies
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to refine partner programs and sales initiatives
