Requirements

  • 5 years of construction industry experience
  • Sales experience or aptitude required
  • Valid Driver License, and be able to drive for extended periods of time
  • You must also be able to travel domestically and into the U.S.A.
  • Approximately 50% travel in Canada and US will be required.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate or Technical School degree preferred. BA/BS preferred.
  • concrete QA/QC and/or mining experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Power BI preferred

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for product upsell, product mix optimization, new product introduction, and increasing revenue through assigned existing accounts.
  • Responsible for product and technical support to existing customers through mix design, troubleshooting, and field QA/QC.
  • Responsible for supporting new product initiations, technical sales, and testing for new customers.
  • Responsible for performing dispenser repair and maintenance.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned customer accounts by serving as a primary point of contact, understanding business needs, ensuring satisfaction, and proactively addressing any issues to support retention and growth.
  • Responsible for maintaining leadership in local industry organizations.
  • Responsible for integration and support of newly acquired accounts.
  • Inform appropriate organizational functions of competitor and market intelligence.
