About The Position
Lovelace Biomedical Research Institute (LBRI) is seeking a highly motivated individual to serve as a Senior Research Technologist with a background in Bioanalytical Chemistry. The position will support bioanalytical method development, method validation and application of Mass Spectrometry bioanalytical assays to sample analysis within the Scientific Core Laboratories. The job will involve working in multi-disciplinary scientific teams to develop/characterize bioanalytical methods and conduct bioanalytical sample analysis. Working in the laboratory to process and analyze samples using Ultra-Performance Liquid Chromatography (UPLC) and High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) couple with triple quad mass spectrometry.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related scientific area preferably chemistry
- 4 years of directly-related research experience; or an equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been attained.
- US Citizen or permanent resident in order to gain and maintain access to Kirtland Air Force base (KAFB).
Responsibilities
