Research Engineer

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Research Engineer to join our team at Ready Player Me. As a Research Engineer, you will play a key role in developing cutting-edge AI solutions for 3D avatars-related technology. Your responsibilities will include building proof-of-concepts, staying up-to-date with AI trends, and collaborating with 3D artists and engineers to implement machine learning solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Computer Vision, Deep Learning, and a deep understanding of 3D pipelines and computer graphics. • Building proof of concepts (POCs) and iterating quickly over new AI-driven product features
• Following trends in AI and sharing knowledge with the team
• Collaborating closely with 3D artists and engineers to bring cutting-edge machine learning solutions to production
• Having 4+ years of experience working with Computer Vision, Deep Learning
• Having an educational background in software engineering, computer graphics, computer vision, machine learning, AI, or related disciplines
• Having a deep understanding of 3D pipelines and computer graphics
• Having product-mindedness: ability to see the research idea through from initial conception to eventual application
• Working in a Startup or Scaleup before (bonus)
• Loving to play games (bonus)

• 4+ years of experience working with Computer Vision, Deep Learning
• Educational background in software engineering, computer graphics, computer vision, machine learning, AI or related disciplines
• Deep understanding of 3D pipelines and computer graphics
