About The Position
Qualitrol, a Ralliant operating company, is seeking motivated early-career professionals to join our Research & Development / Manufacturing Early Career Rotational Program (ECRP). This structured program provides three 8-month rotations across R&D and manufacturing functions, designed to accelerate professional growth, strengthen technical expertise, and foster innovation. As an R&D/Manufacturing ECRP Associate, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gain exposure to industrialization, project management, and product design, while applying a strategic and agile approach to product portfolio analysis. This rotational program offers broad visibility across engineering and production disciplines, building a strong foundation for a career in innovation and product development.
Requirements
- On track to graduate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in 2025/2026
- Majors: Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or related fields.
- Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Interest in R&D, manufacturing, and cross-industry technology applications.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across engineering, manufacturing, and project teams.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with R&D and manufacturing teams to support product innovation and development.
- Gain exposure to industrialization processes, project management, and product design.
- Analyze product portfolios through a strategic and agile lens.
