About The Position

The Finance Rotational Program is designed to attract and develop high-potential MBA graduates and early career professionals with a strong interest in corporate finance, energy, and infrastructure. This program provides hands-on experience across multiple finance functions through structured rotations, offering exposure to real business challenges, senior leadership, and strategic decision-making. Participants will complete three to four rotations over 12–18 months, gaining broad exposure to how finance operates across a complex, fast-paced organization. While participants will be considered for full-time opportunities, placement into a permanent role at the conclusion of the program is not guaranteed. The program duration is 12–18 months, with 3–4 rotations (approximately 4 months each). It is Charlotte-based with potential exposure to field operations. Each participant is paired with a finance leader and program sponsor. A final project presentation to senior leadership is required. This program is a developmental rotational experience, not a traditional internship. Participants are hired as full-time employees for the duration of the program. Permanent placement is not guaranteed; however, high performers may be considered for available roles at the end of the program. Flexibility and openness to different rotation assignments is expected.
