Requirements

  • High School Diploma.
  • Education commensurate with Certification requirements.
  • One year medical background

Responsibilities

  • Negotiation and execution of budgets, contracts and pertinent financial arrangements with sponsors.
  • Facilitate and expedite the existing process of industry trials to an average of 2 months from initial to contract execution.
  • Develop new relationships with sponsors and NCI trial networks
  • Ensures completion of all assigned activities.
  • Monitors the process until final outcome
  • Communicates and documents any unusual occurrences or variations from routine operations to the Supervisor.
  • Maintain all CREDIT financial information for all protocols
  • Prepare all check requests for timely payments not to exceed one month.
  • Ensures that all protocols and built in CREDIT with appropriate financial information.
  • Assist Departmental Manager in reviewing budgets and contract in reviewing protocol.
  • Addresses phone and electronic communications, responding to questions or requests.
  • Reviews EPIC workqeue daily
  • Tracks and arranges for storage of all records from closed studies in local and outside faciility .
  • Attend all financial/billing meetings with departmental manager.
  • All other tasks assigned
