The Research Associate 1, SOM supports research activities for the assigned division by conducting laboratory experiments on assigned research projects. Moreover, the incumbent operates with the goal of advancing his/her expertise through continued education, training, and research. The Research Associate 1 within the Sylvester Myeloma Institute (SMI) will support active translational and clinical research focused on improving outcomes for patients with newly diagnosed multiple myeloma. The candidate will assist with the integration and analysis of clinical, demographic, therapeutic, genomic, and measurable residual disease (MRD) data using artificial intelligence–driven approaches to support predictive modeling and outcomes research. The position will also contribute to manuscript preparation, research reporting, and ongoing grant-supported initiatives within the institute.
