About The Position

As a Pricer at RWB Thrift, you play a pivotal role in setting prices for merchandise destined for the sales floor. You assess donated items based on condition, quality, and market trends, then apply pricing strategies that maximize sales while maintaining competitive prices. You collaborate closely with team members, particularly Pricer Support personnel, to ensure consistent pricing standards and an efficient workflow. Attention to detail, knowledge of product categories, and an understanding of customer preferences contribute to the store’s revenue goals and customer satisfaction.

• Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 25 pounds, frequently exert up to 25 pounds of force, and constantly apply negligible force when handling objects.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions and tasks involving hand and finger dexterity, grasping, holding, and turning.
• Ability to maintain balance and agility on narrow, slippery, or erratically moving surfaces and during agile tasks.
• Visual acuity at 20 inches or less and 20 feet or more.
• Ability to work effectively in a busy, noisy, brightly lit environment and adapt to changing tasks or departments as operational needs require.
• Fundamental understanding of written and spoken English and ability to communicate verbally and in writing in English may be necessary for some workplace interactions.

• Support store initiatives and promotions through effective pricing strategies and timely execution.
