About The Position

The Players Club Representative is responsible for assisting all patrons with general information, promoting exceptional customer service, and encouraging membership into the Players Club. This role involves educating patrons on Players Club benefits, maintaining daily procedures related to members (including identification verification, filing, and record keeping), and distributing promotional materials. The representative will also handle public announcements, direct mail inquiries, update patron account information, and take jackpot photos with proper documentation for publicity. Additionally, they will assist with resolving player complaints, implementing and distributing promotional items, and ensuring compliance with Indiana Gaming regulations and company internal controls, policies, and procedures. The role requires working in an environment with secondhand smoke, loud noises, and large crowds, and involves standing and walking for extended periods (7+ hours). Adherence to Company Service Standards and availability for varied hours, holidays, and weekends are essential. This is a 24/7, 365-day operation primarily indoors with controlled temperatures, and occasional exposure to outdoor climates.

Requirements

  • Must be able to work in an environment with secondhand smoke, loud noises, and large crowds.
  • Must be able to stand and walk for prolong periods of time (7+ hours).
  • Must be available for regularly scheduled work and be able to work a variety of hours, holidays, and weekends.
  • Knowledgeable of the Indiana Gaming regulations as well as the company’s internal controls, policies, and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting all patrons with general information.
  • Promoting exceptional customer service.
  • Promoting membership into the Players Club.
  • Educating patrons on the Players Club benefits.
  • Maintaining daily procedures regarding the Players Club members, which includes discerning appropriate identification, filing and record keeping.
  • Issuance of information desired to be distributed.
  • Handling coupons and promotions on property.
  • Making public announcements or special announcements.
  • Handling direct mail inquiries to include updating patrons account information and related duties.
  • Taking Jackpot Photo’s and filling out the proper documentation for publicity.
  • Cleaning the Players Club, marketing kiosks, and signage on Casino.
  • Assisting with the resolution of player complaints and problems.
  • Assisting with promotional item implementation, distribution, and redemption.
  • Ensuring knowledge of Indiana Gaming regulations as well as the company’s internal controls, policies, and procedures.
  • Following the Company Service Standards model.
  • Being available for regularly scheduled work and able to work a variety of hours, holidays, and weekends.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.
