This role is responsible for building guest relations throughout every shift by talking with guests, making them feel welcome and comfortable, and inviting them back. The Representative will assist with reservations for events, promotions, and guest accommodations, and answer all incoming calls while maintaining the highest level of knowledge regarding all aspects of the casino. They will communicate details of and assist with promotions, mailings, and other offers with all departments, and must be able to understand and use casino tracking programs. Maintaining thorough knowledge of casino amenities and events is crucial for effectively communicating with guests. The Representative will book event, hotel, and restaurant reservations for guests upon request, make announcements throughout their shift promoting upcoming events, and have knowledge of guest alcohol limitations and company policy and procedure regarding these limitations. They will keep their work area clean and orderly, adhere to regulatory, departmental, and Company policies in an ethical manner, and empower and require others to do the same. The Representative will handle routine guest complaints and incidents, exhibiting the appropriate discretion to identify situations requiring supervisory attention, and seek to resolve all situations in a manner that maintains positive guest relationships. This position requires the ability to work a flexible schedule as required by business operations, including late nights, weekends, and holidays, with shifts that may change.
