The Representative will communicate details of promotions, mailings, and other offers with all departments and utilize casino tracking programs. Maintaining thorough knowledge of casino amenities and events is crucial for effective guest communication. Additionally, the role includes booking event, hotel, and restaurant reservations, making announcements to promote upcoming events, and understanding guest alcohol limitations and related company policies. The Representative must keep their work area clean and orderly, adhere to all regulatory, departmental, and Company policies ethically, and handle routine guest complaints and incidents with discretion, seeking to resolve them positively.
