About The Position

The Representative, Centralized Applicant Services is responsible for the administrative processing of prospective tenant applications across the Apartments Division. Responsibilities

Review and process prospective tenant applications in a timely and accurate manner.
Address applicant inquiries via phone and email. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing concerns, identifying resolutions, and providing next steps.
Adjust ledger charges in accordance with ongoing leasing specials.
