About The Position

Andy Corporation North America Inc. is seeking an ambitious, self-driven Business Development Representative to generate new business opportunities and expand our customer portfolio across Quebec and Ontario. This is a 100% commission-based opportunity, ideal for experienced sales professionals, consultants, or individuals with an established network in the transportation, logistics, supply chain, or manufacturing industries. Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of generating new business and meeting sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle for client meetings.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience within transportation, logistics, freight forwarding, warehousing, or supply chain is considered a strong asset.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Promote the company's transportation, warehousing, logistics, and supply chain solutions.
  • Conduct sales presentations, client meetings, and negotiations.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation through contract execution.
  • Prepare proposals and collaborate with internal teams to develop customized logistics solutions.
  • Ensure a seamless transition of new accounts to the operations team.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities using the company's CRM system.
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and industry functions as required.
  • Maintain exceptional customer service and foster long-term client relationships.
