About The Position

MaintainX is expanding its outbound sales to Spanish-speaking industrial markets: food manufacturers, warehouses, and facility management teams who haven't heard of us yet. This BDR role is how they will. Your mastery of Spanish is a real advantage, one that allows you to get past the first ten seconds and into a real conversation about a real problem. At 6 months, success looks like a SQL attainment rate above 90% and a repeatable outbound approach to Spanish-speaking markets. At 12 months, the top BDRs on this team are on track for a closing role.

Requirements

  • Native or near-native Spanish and English fluency required. Portuguese fluency is a significant asset.
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication in English and Spanish.
  • Experience in a high-volume, rejection-resilient environment: sales, recruiting, hospitality, retail, or any other role that has forged your resilience and ability to quickly build rapport.
  • Demonstrated follow-through: you own your pipeline and your numbers without being reminded.
  • Bachelor's degree required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, or Nooks.
  • Previous B2B or SaaS sales experience.

Responsibilities

  • Perform 70-100 outbound calls per day to Plant Managers, Maintenance Supervisors, and Operations Managers at industrial companies across North America and Latin America.
  • Build multi-channel sequences via phone, email, and LinkedIn that generate responses by talking about real operational problems, not generic scripts.
  • Develop mastery of MaintainX's value proposition so your conversations go beyond a script and into a real dialogue about equipment reliability and operations.
  • Keep your pipeline updated in Salesforce and follow up on every open thread without being reminded.
  • Collaborate with Account Representatives to understand what converts and refine your targeting and approach over time.
