About The Position

Claio.ai is an AI company specialized in tools for dental clinics — AI Scribe, AI receptionist, SMS outreach, digital forms, analytics, and more. We're part of the Manos portfolio (a Valsoft division), which includes Dentitek, MacPractice, and XLDent — some of the most established dental software brands in North America. We're a small, fast-moving team with real traction and big ambitions. You'll work closely with the sales leadership and AE team, with real opportunities to grow within Claio and across the broader portfolio.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in outbound sales, BDR, or a similar prospecting role
  • Comfortable with cold outreach — calls, email, and LinkedIn
  • Bilingual French/English (strong asset for the Quebec market)
  • Proficient with CRM and sales tools — HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Apollo
  • Organized, self-motivated, and resilient under a high-activity sales environment

Nice To Haves

  • Interest in SaaS, AI, or healthcare is a plus
