About The Position

The Reports and Data Analytics Manager is responsible for leading the organization's reporting and data analytics functions to support strategic decision-making, operational efficiency, underwriting, claims management, patient safety initiatives, financial performance, and regulatory compliance. This role surveys the landscape of data innovation identifying opportunities for integration of efficiencies and/or new technologies to enhance the work of the organization. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and technical expertise with business acumen and the ability to communicate complex data in a clear, meaningful manner.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics, Healthcare Administration, or related field
5–8 years of progressively responsible experience in business intelligence, reporting, or data analytics
Experience with health care electronic medical record data systems

Nice To Haves

Master’s degree
Experience within medical professional liability insurance, health care risk management, property & casualty insurance, healthcare, or financial services
Experience leading reporting projects or analytics teams
Preferred technical skills with: Microsoft Power BI; SQL Server; Microsoft Excel (Power Query, Pivot Tables); SSRS or similar reporting platforms; Data warehouse concepts; Microsoft Office Suite; SharePoint; Risk Management and Claims management systems (e.g., Origami, Candello, RLDatix, or similar)
