About The Position

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
+5 years of experience in business analysis or related technical field.
Strong SQL skills and experience with databases, knowledge of ETL tools and data warehousing concepts.
Proficiency in technical documentation and specification writing.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with software development lifecycle and methodologies.
Excellence communication skills between technical and non-technical teams.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.

Nice To Haves

Exposure to programming (Python, etc.) for data analysis is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead the translation of complex business requirements into technical specifications for data models, ETL process, and reporting tools.
Oversee the maintenance and updating of technical documentation.
Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams, ensure alignment between business logic and technical implementation.
Lead technical projects and ensure timely delivery.
Engage with senior stakeholders to refine requirements.
