This role involves generating and distributing weekly schedules, balancing complex factors affecting personnel scheduling, ensuring professional handling of scheduling issues, creating reports and analysis for leadership, evaluating staffing needs, approving time off requests, monitoring adherence to schedules, evaluating software capabilities, collaborating with IT for new reports, and maintaining records of scheduling and related information. The position also monitors clerical staff to ensure timely and accurate completion of scheduling activities.
