About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Reports Developer (Spotfire) to design, develop, and maintain data visualization solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Tibco Spotfire, SQL, and AWS Redshift, with a focus on building scalable reporting solutions and ensuring data quality and integrity. This role requires close collaboration with data engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality insights and support business needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven experience in data engineering or reporting, with a focus on AWS Redshift
• Strong proficiency in SQL and database management
• Hands-on experience with Tibco Spotfire (data visualization & dashboard development)
• Familiarity with AWS services, including Redshift and QuickSight
• Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and best practices
• Experience with CI/CD processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Nice To Haves

• Tibco Spotfire certification
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Python and advanced SQL
• Understanding of data governance, security, and compliance practices
• Exposure to cloud-based data architectures and scalable reporting frameworks

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tibco Spotfire
• Optimize and enhance existing reporting solutions for performance and usability
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver data-driven insights
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity through validation and testing
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve data pipeline and reporting issues
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for reporting processes and architecture
• Stay updated with industry best practices in data engineering, visualization, and AWS technologies
• Support CI/CD processes for deployment and version control of reporting solutions
