About The Position

Provides high-level analytics of Revenue Cycle department systems, reports, processes, and volume and patient flow. Identifies and monitors workflow issues, develops process improvement plans, and implements solutions. Monitors staff productivity and conducts quality assurance regarding timeliness and accuracy. Initiates and leads departmental projects, collaborates with other departments, serves as a liaison for the department, and provides ad hoc reporting.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Two years of healthcare experience in revenue cycle.

• Associate degree in business, finance, or a related field.

• Track and trend workflow issues and implement solutions.
• Collaborate with departments on projects, seeking input, validation, and approval.
• Initiate and lead departmental projects.
• Monitor workflow and staff productivity.
• Conduct quality assurance regarding timeliness and accuracy.
• Recommend process improvements based on analysis of trends.
• Serve as a liaison for the department and provide ad hoc reporting.
