About The Position
The Reporting & Analytics Analyst provides high-level analytics for Revenue Cycle department systems, reports, processes, and volume and patient flow. The role identifies and monitors workflow issues, develops process-improvement plans, and implements solutions. It also monitors staff productivity and conducts quality assurance related to timeliness and accuracy. The analyst initiates and leads departmental projects, collaborates with other departments to obtain input, validation, and approval, and provides ad hoc reporting.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Two years of healthcare experience in revenue cycle.

- Associate degree in business, finance, or a related field.
