About The Position

As a Data Analytics Reporting Analyst at Gainwell, you will use technology to help clients improve the health and well-being of the members they serve. You will collaborate with team members and stakeholders to define business metrics and gather requirements, build data pipelines and dashboards, and maintain and improve data infrastructure as business needs evolve. You will document processes and tools for users, improve data landing times, and partner with leadership on data-driven improvements, risks, and solution-focused initiatives. This is a fully remote position with the opportunity to travel through work up to 25% of the time. Video cameras are required during interviews and the initial week of orientation. The stated annual pay range is $51,900 to $74,200; the offered base pay may vary based on factors including geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Requirements

At least 5 years of data analytics experience.
Experience with Python and/or other data scripting languages.
Experience using a business intelligence visualization tool such as Cognos, Tableau, or Power BI.
Experience querying, analyzing, and working with data languages and platforms to investigate large and diverse data sets.
Demonstrated ability to learn and apply emerging data analytics toolkits based on the problem statement.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to define key business metrics and gather requirements.
Architect data pipelines and design and build dashboards to address stakeholder needs.
Maintain and improve existing data infrastructure and dashboards as business requirements evolve.
Publish and maintain clear documentation to inform and educate users at scale.
Implement infrastructure changes to improve data landing time.
Partner with leadership to identify data-driven improvements, surface risks or issues, and support solution-based initiatives.
