Reporting to the VP of Operations, the Reporting Analyst supports the organization by collecting, organizing, and maintaining reporting data used across multiple teams. This role focuses on ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of recurring and ad‑hoc reports that inform daily operations and leadership decision‑making. The Reporting Analyst works closely with cross‑functional stakeholders to understand reporting needs, prepare dashboards and summaries, and support data quality standards. Essential Functions include: Compile and organize data from multiple internal systems for recurring and ad‑hoc reporting. Maintain accurate, timely reports and dashboards to support operational and leadership visibility. Partner with team members to clarify reporting requirements, priorities, and delivery timelines. Perform basic data quality checks to validate accuracy, completeness, and consistency. Identify variances, trends, or potential data issues in reporting outputs. Support documentation of reporting processes, metric definitions, and data standards.
