About The Position

The Report Writing Specialist provides administrative support for the preparation, review, and distribution of financial reports. This role compiles and validates data from multiple sources, ensures reporting accuracy, and supports internal and external communications. The position also performs general office duties and contributes to efficient daily operations in a fast-paced environment. Weekend availability is required during peak seasonal demand.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant experience required
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Access, Outlook, and Word
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and complete tasks independently
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work
  • Ability to resolve issues while delivering high-quality service to internal and external clients
  • Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities

Responsibilities

  • Assemble, import, validate, and organize financial data to prepare and distribute accurate financial reports, schedules, audit reports, and related financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting and auditing standards.
  • Retrieve, review, and distribute financial reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery.
  • Conduct comprehensive quality assurance reviews to verify formatting, document integrity, accuracy, consistency, grammar, and compliance prior to final client delivery.
  • Review financial transactions and client data to identify discrepancies, improve reporting accuracy, and identify opportunities to increase efficiency.
  • Prepare professional correspondence and respond to partner and client inquiries accurately and in a timely manner while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Create and maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems to support efficient document management and accessibility.
  • Perform administrative and operational duties, including front desk coverage, answering phones, greeting visitors, photocopying, scanning, mailing, and supporting special projects.
  • Maintain a high degree of professionalism, integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail in all client, financial, and administrative matters.
  • Perform additional responsibilities and miscellaneous duties as assigned.
