The Replenishment Team Member is responsible for delivering friendly customer service, assisting customers with shopping and product location, and ensuring a fast and friendly checkout experience. Key duties include completing truck unloading and merchandise tasks, maintaining store recovery standards, and upholding Brand Promises. The role also involves engaging customers in the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, educating them on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey, and supporting Omni channel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS). Additionally, the team member participates in stocking, planogram (POGs) processes, merchandise recovery, Store In Stock Optimization (SISO), and AD set duties. Adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company policies, supporting shrink and safety programs, and fostering a positive and respectful environment are also crucial. The position requires cross-training in Custom Framing selling and production.
