This role is responsible for delivering friendly customer service, assisting customers in shopping and finding products, and ensuring a fast and friendly checkout experience. Key duties include completing truck unloading, merchandise stocking, and maintaining store recovery standards to uphold the Brand Promises. The team member will also engage customers about the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, educate them on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey, and assist with Omni channel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS). Additionally, the role involves participating in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes, performing merchandise recovery and maintenance, executing Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties, and supporting shrink and safety programs. Adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs is required, along with interacting positively and respectfully with others, promoting the organization's vision and values, and serving as a role model. This position may also involve cross-training in Custom Framing selling and production, and other duties as assigned.
