The Replenishment Team Member at Michaels is responsible for delivering friendly customer service, assisting customers with shopping and product location, and ensuring a fast and friendly checkout experience. Key duties include unloading trucks, stocking merchandise, and maintaining store recovery standards to uphold the company's Brand Promises. The role also involves engaging customers with the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, educating them on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey, and assisting with Omni channel processes such as Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS). Team Members participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes, complete merchandise recovery and maintenance, perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties, and support shrink and safety programs. Adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company policies is required. The position emphasizes positive and respectful interaction with others, promoting the organization’s vision and values, and serving as a role model. Team Members will also be cross-trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
