About The Position

Anthropologie is seeking a Replenishment Planner for Terrain. The role focuses on maximizing sales and inventory flow by SKU for Core Products across Retail and DTC, while providing analysis to the Planning and Merchant teams. The planner works with Merchants to identify core styles that should remain in the assortment, prepares projections for year-round key items, and provides timely reorders to help keep items in stock. The role also develops weekly SKU-level sales plans for key programs across Retail and DTC, monitors sales projections and in-stock levels to identify risks and opportunities, and adjusts forecasts to reflect current trends. Additional work includes evaluating SKU productivity and program effectiveness by location and conducting depth analysis to optimize inventory levels.

Requirements

2–3 years of experience in a Planning or Allocation role.
Strong statistical analysis skills.
Strong communication skills.
Excellent organizational, prioritizing, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work well within a team environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Merchant team to identify core styles that should continue in the assortment.
Prepare projections for key items that are sold year-round.
Provide Merchants with timely reorders to help ensure items remain in stock.
Create weekly SKU-level sales plans for key programs across Retail and DTC.
Monitor sales projections and in-stock levels to identify potential risks or opportunities.
Reforecast weekly sales projections to adapt to current trends.
Evaluate SKU productivity and program effectiveness at the location level.
Perform depth analysis to optimize inventory levels.
