About The Position

GMT, founded in 1986, specializes in the sale and distribution of chilled and frozen food and dry goods. The Replenishment Analyst manages merchandise inventory and replenishment across assigned categories, monitors purchase orders and shipments, and performs analysis and reporting to support replenishment decisions and monthly results.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in Business Administration or a related area.
• At least 2 years of experience in purchasing, replenishment, or a related area is preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational, planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of MS Office.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily merchandise inventory levels and replenishment for assigned categories.
• Follow up on orders to ensure on-time delivery.
• Review daily out-of-stock reports, identify causes, and notify the Sales Department.
• Maintain the product database portfolio and perform inventory reporting.
• Keep supplier container lead times and constraints up to date.
• Perform purchase projection analysis to support replenishment decisions.
• Manage product transportation logistics after purchase orders are confirmed.
• Verify and follow up on shipments in transit, communicating developments in order status to the commercial and operations departments.
• Report on developments that affected the month's results.
