About The Position

The Repair & Shop Supervisor serves as an ambassador for the Company and is responsible for maintaining the flow and objectives of the service department. This person will answer service calls, emails, and schedule repair work. Involves working with other coordinators and the Shop Manager to ensure efficiency and accuracy and maintain repair schedules.

Positive attitude and desire to grow an existing sales & service business.
High School Diploma/GED
2+ years in a mechanical environment.
Driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

Technical/mechanical background is a plus.

Responsibilities

Answering customer calls and emails.
Resolving customer issues and inquiries in a timely manner
Creating estimates for equipment repairs
Ordering repair materials as required depending on the scope and needs of each job
Following up on repair part orders to ensure timely service to customers
Follow up with Sales on customer approvals for any needed repairs
Supervises a group of shop employees and oversees their day-to-day activities to ensure efficient repair operations.
Performs other duties as assigned by the manager.
