Repair Sales Representative - Atlanta GA

Fire Protection Services, LLC•Perry, GA

About The Position

Fire Protection Services, LLC is seeking a Repair Sales Representative to convert open repair quotes into approved work for existing inspection customers. When an FPS inspection identifies deficiencies in a customer’s fire and life safety systems, the representative follows up with the customer, explains the findings and proposed repairs, answers questions, addresses concerns, and secures approval. The role supports revenue growth and customer safety by helping ensure needed repairs are completed. After approval, the representative makes a clean handoff so the repair can be scheduled and completed. The representative owns an open-quote queue and is accountable for follow-up activity, quote conversion, approved repair revenue, and established activity metrics. They maintain customer records in CRM and service management systems, collaborate with internal teams to clarify scope and coordinate handoffs, and build long-term customer relationships. Fire Protection Services, LLC provides recurring inspection, testing, maintenance, service, and repair of fire and life safety systems for commercial businesses throughout Georgia. The company was founded in 1988 and describes itself as Georgia’s largest inspection-focused fire and life safety company.
