About The Position

Pape’ Rents is seeking a motivated Rental Salesperson in Fremont, CA. This role is a lucrative sales career where earning potential is unlimited. The Rental Territory Manager will drive growth in their territory by selling and renting both short-term and long-term equipment solutions, while strategically building market share. The day-to-day involves driving a Pape’ sales vehicle to connect with customers, cultivate relationships with new prospects and established clients, understand their equipment needs, and provide solutions. Every interaction is an opportunity to grow a professional network, expand territory impact, and shape one's success story within a company that values initiative, integrity, and results.

Requirements

  • 5 years previous sales experience.
  • Knowledge of rental equipment preferred.
  • Financing background preferred.
  • Excellent customer relations skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook).
  • Driver’s license with a good driving record.
  • Experience operating equipment.
