About The Position

Our Rental Tech’s provide friendly customer service in our Rental Shop. They set up ski/snowboard equipment for customers using guidelines set forth by ski/snowboard binding manufacturer and ensure that paperwork and liability releases are signed. Full Time or Part Time positions available.

Requirements

• Positive attitude and professional interaction with guests and co-workers
• Ability to stand on feet while working for long periods of time
• Strong organizational and paperwork processing ability
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment, and multi-task
• Arrange for transportation to work so that you arrive at your designated workstation at the scheduled time.
• Be aware of all safe skiing procedures, trail closures, and out-of-bounds policies of the mountain.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly guest service, answer customer questions and direct customers to services and amenities
• Properly fit customers with ski/snowboard equipment
• Ensure customer forms are filled out correctly
• Properly place completed forms in filing system
• Understand and follow safety guidelines set forth by the ski/snowboard binding manufactures
• Maintain cleanliness of the shop and put away all tools are put away daily
• Understand and adhere to company policies on rental equipment
• Assists with tuning and testing of rental equipment
• Other duties as assigned
