About The Position

At SIXT, the Rental Sales Agent is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by advising on and up-selling the fleet of vehicles to meet customer needs and driving the rental experience at the airport branch. The role involves being the first point of contact for customers, guiding them through the car rental process, preparing rental agreements, and advising on optional extras to maximize sales and service opportunities. The agent will also handle customer inquiries in an organized and service-oriented manner. Training on vehicles will be provided. The position offers flexible working hours, development opportunities, and an hourly rate of $19.85 with uncapped bonuses, leading to an average salary range of $60,000 to $80,000.

Requirements

• Natural sales talent, motivated and enjoy direct customer contact, and driven by achieving sales targets
• Valuable experience from sectors such as sales, service, or tourism
• Service-oriented mindset, excel in customer support, and known for being a reliable and responsible team member
• Excellent verbal communication skills and enjoy direct customer interaction
• Willingness to work various shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays, with a flexible approach to working hours
• Valid US driver's license with a clean driving record
• Authorized to work in the US and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
