Rental Sales Agent (Orlando International Airport)
About The Position
The Rental Sales Agent position at SIXT, located at Orlando International Airport, is a customer service and sales-focused role. The agent will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, advising on and up-selling the company's fleet of vehicles, and managing the rental experience. Training on vehicles will be provided. The role offers flexible working hours and development opportunities. SIXT is a global mobility service provider with a platform that integrates car rental, car sharing, taxi/ride/chauffeur services, and car subscriptions, operating in over 110 countries with a fleet of 350,000 vehicles.
Requirements
- Natural sales talent, motivated and enjoy direct customer contact, and driven by achieving sales targets
- Valuable experience from sectors such as sales, service, or tourism
- Service-oriented mindset, excel in customer support, and are known for being a reliable and responsible team member
- Excellent verbal communication skills and enjoy direct customer interaction
- Willingness to work various shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays, with a flexible approach to working hours
- Valid US driver's license with a clean driving record
- Authorized to work in the US and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for customers, friendly, professional and passionate about sales and service
- Pleasantly greet and guide all customers through the car rental process
- Prepare rental agreements and advise on optional extras, create the best rental experience and maximize sales and service opportunities for every customer
- Handle customer inquiries, organized, service-oriented and always with a smile
