About The Position

At SIXT, the Rental Sales Agent is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by advising on and up-selling the fleet of vehicles to meet customer needs and driving the rental experience at the airport branch. This role involves being the first point of contact for customers, greeting them professionally, and guiding them through the car rental process. Agents prepare rental agreements, advise on optional extras to maximize sales and service opportunities, and handle customer inquiries with a service-oriented approach. The company provides training on its vehicles and offers flexible working hours and development opportunities. The position offers an hourly rate of $15 with the potential for uncapped bonuses, leading to an average salary range of $65,000 to $115,000.

Requirements

• Natural sales talent, motivated and enjoy direct customer contact, and driven by achieving sales targets
• Valuable experience from sectors such as sales, service, or tourism and have a service-oriented mindset, excel in customer support, and are known for being a reliable and responsible team member
• Excellent verbal communication skills and enjoy direct customer interaction
• Willingness to work various shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays, with a flexible approach to working hours
• Valid US driver's license with a clean driving record
• Authorized to work in the US and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
