Rental Sales Agent (Tampa International Airport)
About The Position
At SIXT, you will ensure customer satisfaction while advising on and up-selling their fleet of vehicles to meet customer needs and driving the rental experience at the airport branch. Requirements
- Natural sales talent, motivated and enjoy direct customer contact, and driven by achieving sales targets
- Valuable experience from sectors such as sales, service, or tourism and have a service-oriented mindset, excel in customer support, and are known for being a reliable and responsible team member
- Excellent verbal communication skills and enjoy direct customer interaction
- Willingness to work various shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays, with a flexible approach to working hours
- Valid US driver's license with a clean driving record
- Authorized to work in the US and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for our customers, friendly, professional and passionate about sales and service
- Pleasantly greet and guide all customers through the car rental process
- Prepare rental agreements and advise on optional extras, create the best rental experience and maximize sales and service opportunities for every customer
- Handle customer inquiries, organized, service-oriented and always with a smile
