About The Position

The Rental Sales Agent serves as the first point of contact for SIXT customers, providing friendly, professional service while supporting sales and branch operations. The agent helps ensure customer satisfaction, manages the vehicle fleet, prepares rental agreements, and responds to customer inquiries. They promote vehicle upgrades, protection packages, and additional services, and work toward sales goals while maintaining knowledge of the SIXT fleet and product offerings. The role offers an hourly rate of $21.00, with the opportunity to earn uncapped bonuses. Training on SIXT vehicles is provided, and flexible working hours and development opportunities are available.

Requirements

• Proven upselling and closing skills, with motivation to achieve targets and engage with customers.
• Experience in direct customer contact; retail sales, service, tourism, or hospitality experience is preferred.
• Communicative and articulate in English.
• Flexible and team-oriented, with the ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid US driver's license with a clean driving record.
