About The Position

This role is a great fit for individuals from retail, warehouse, service, or other hands-on backgrounds—no prior travel experience required.

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License.
• Basic computer skills (typing, data entry).
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and safety.
• Customer-focused mindset with professionalism and care.
• Willingness to work outdoors and stay active.
• Flexibility to work all shifts.
• Must be able to stand, walk, enter and exit vehicles for prolonged periods, and drive a variety of vehicles.
• Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• This position requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely.

Nice To Haves

• 6 months retail, service, or customer-facing experience in a fast-paced environment is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the interior and exterior of our vehicles to ensure each one meets our quality and safety standards and is ready for our customers.
• Enter vehicle status and inspection details into a mobile handheld device.
• Coordinate the movement of cars around our airport lots.
• Assist customers as needed with professionalism and care.
• Ensure customers receive clean, reliable vehicles and a positive rental experience.
