About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Rental Property Listings & Advertising Specialist to manage, optimize, and market rental property listings across major online rental platforms throughout the United States. The ideal candidate has extensive experience creating high-performing listings, maximizing property visibility, generating qualified leads, and maintaining accurate property information across multiple rental websites.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience managing online rental property listings.
Proven experience advertising residential rental properties across multiple U.S. rental platforms.
Strong understanding of rental marketing, lead generation, and online advertising strategies.
Excellent written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple property listings simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency with property management software and listing syndication tools.
Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and rental advertising compliance.

Nice To Haves

Experience working with property management companies, real estate investors, or multifamily housing operators.
Experience with SEO for rental listings.
Knowledge of CRM systems and lead management tools.
Experience with social media marketing for rental properties.

Responsibilities

Create, publish, and manage rental property listings across major U.S. rental platforms.
Optimize property advertisements to maximize visibility, inquiries, and occupancy rates.
Write compelling property descriptions and marketing content.
Upload and manage property photos, videos, floor plans, and virtual tours.
Monitor listing performance and make adjustments to improve results.
Ensure listing accuracy, pricing updates, availability status, and compliance with Fair Housing regulations.
Respond to listing inquiries and coordinate lead distribution when required.
Conduct market research to analyze rental trends and competitor listings.
