Rental Lead - Snow Summit
About The Position
This position is located at Snow Summit in Big Bear Lake. The Rental Lead is responsible for assisting guests with all aspects of the equipment rental process, including providing information on available products and performing basic maintenance on rental equipment. Big Bear Mountain Resort is Southern California’s year-round home for alpine good times with three mountains – Bear Mountain, Snow Summit, and Snow Valley – offering something for outdoor enthusiasts of all ages and abilities. Big Bear Mountain Resort is owned by Alterra Mountain Company and is an Ikon Pass member destination.
Requirements
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- Have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Have at least one year of experience in a rental shop at Big Bear Mountain Resorts
- Ability to effectively and enthusiastically present information in one-on-one and small group situations
- Have a calm and collective demeanor, especially during challenging operations
- Capacity to read, understand, and comply with documents such as guest policies and procedure manuals
- Able to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
