About The Position

This is a seasonal winter position at Snow Summit, starting at $19.50/hour. The role requires individuals who are efficient, hardworking, and possess excellent customer service and time management skills. The Runner/Stocker is responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked environment, ensuring products are readily available for guest purchase. Key tasks include stocking shelves, receiving and processing deliveries, and assisting supervisors with inventory management. Candidates must be 18 years or older, and availability on weekends and holidays is required.

Responsibilities

• Greets, directs and responds to guest questions and needs in a timely manner
• Stock shelves and displays with merchandise, ensuring proper rotation and presentation
• Replenish inventory in the back room and ensure adequate levels of product
• Ability to help guide and direct customers through the lines at your venue or recommend another venue based off what the guest is looking for
• Maintain a clean and organized stock room/storage shelves
• Maintain accurate inventory records daily
• Monitor the floor for potential theft
• Assist Supervisors with monthly inventory count at your venue
• Assist location warehouse with your venue’s deliveries
• Ensure the venue is always Show Ready (soda machines clean, trash picked up off the floor, no empty boxes are left on the floor, etc.)
• Work closely with the locations warehouse and cashiers to ensure all product needed to restocked is available for purchase.
