About The Position

This position is responsible for handling customer rental needs, maintaining rental agreements and invoices, and providing follow-up support. The role also involves completing special tasks and projects as requested by the Operations Manager, undergoing training to enhance product and service knowledge, and ensuring the accuracy of equipment, addresses, and contact information for deliveries. Additionally, the Rental Coordinator will manage and update rental workspace tiles to optimize workflow and operational efficiency. Additional duties may be assigned to support evolving business needs and skill development.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of related work experience in administrative support and/or equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; both verbal and written.
  • Effective time management skills; ability to work independently and multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ensuring accuracy and quality in all work outputs.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

  • Handling telephone, walk-in and internal customer rental needs.
  • Maintaining and updating status of rental agreements and invoices.
  • Provide follow up support for COD rentals.
  • Complete special tasks and/or projects as requested by the Operations Manager to meet the changing needs of the Rental Division.
  • Complete any training required to increase knowledge of the products and services offered by the rental services department.
  • Completion of pre-delivery checklists to confirm equipment, address, and contact information is accurate for every delivery.
  • Manage and update rental workspace tiles to support smooth daily workflow and operational efficiency.
  • Additional duties may be assigned to help expand your skills and contribute to evolving business needs.
