About The Position

The Rental Coordinator rents and sells Caterpillar and allied equipment to maximize revenue while supporting the needs of current and prospective customers—from small tools and contractor supplies to large earthmoving and industrial equipment. Quinn Caterpillar Rentals is looking for stability in a growing team. The role involves answering incoming calls, assisting customers with rental inquiries, processing rental agreements, contracts, and invoicing accurately, delivering exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone, supporting daily rental operations, coordinating equipment rentals, and maintaining accurate records and documentation.

Requirements

  • Must reside in the Riverside or Corona area.
  • Strong customer service and phone communication skills.
  • Comfortable handling transactions, contracts, and invoicing.
  • Professional and dependable with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities
