Responsibilities

• Determining customer vehicle needs by speaking directly with customers or working with the service advisor
• Maintaining a reservation schedule
• Verifying all customer information needed to obtain a rental
• Preparing vehicles for customer pick up
• Maintaining customer information within our system
• Receipting payments for rental vehicles
