About The Position

Kendall Auto Group is one of the largest family owned and operated dealers in the Pacific Northwest and premier employer in Eugene, Oregon. We are looking for a Rental Clerk to join our team. At Kendall Subaru of Eugene, our Service Department is a fast-paced environment serving clients throughout the community.

Requirements

• Excellent phone skills

• Computer proficiency
• Willingness to learn in a multi-tasked work environment
• Valid driver license with an acceptable driving record

Responsibilities

• Determining customer vehicle needs by speaking directly with customers or working with the service advisor
• Maintaining a reservation schedule
• Verifying all customers information needed to obtain a rental
• Prepare vehicles for customer pick up
• Maintain customer information within our system
• Receipting payments for rental vehicles
