About The Position

Rental Associates generate sales through world-class guest service, help customers with rental equipment, and provide guests with gear and services for an outdoor experience. Associates fit guests with equipment (training is provided) and explain equipment operation, safety practices, rental responsibilities, rental duration, and return options. The role may also include cashiering and retail sales. Team members may work across multiple departments and roles to support the resort, including Mountain Activities, Retail Rental Operations, Food and Beverage Support, Ticket Sales or Scanning, Lift Operations, and Base Area Operations. This is a winter seasonal position for 2026/2027, with full-time and part-time hours available. Housing is available. Starting and expected pay is $20 per hour.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, holidays, and weekends.
Commitment to exceptional customer service.
Maintain a working knowledge of products and industry trends.
Ability to stand and move in an active, team-oriented environment for extended periods.
Ability to communicate fluently in English.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent guest service at a retail shop.
Fit guests with rental equipment; training is provided.
Explain how to operate rental equipment, safety practices, equipment responsibilities, rental duration, and return options.
Work with teammates to maintain safety standards.
Perform other duties that may include cashiering and retail sales.
Perform other duties as assigned.
