We’re looking for an experienced Rent Collection Specialist to join our team and help support the financial health of our growing community.

Requirements

• Experience with rent collection or property management required
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and resident relations
• High school diploma or GED; or 1-3 months related experience or training
• Sales and/or customer service experience required

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the monthly rent collection process.
• Sending out small balance letters.
• Keeping detailed notes regarding overdue accounts.
• Preparing for eviction.
• Working directly with residents to resolve overdue payments.
• Maintaining organized records.
