We’re looking for an experienced Rent Collection Specialist to join our team and help support the financial health of our growing community.

Requirements

Experience with rent collection or property management required
Strong organizational and communication skills
A proactive approach to problem-solving and resident relations
High school diploma or GED; or 1-3 months related experience or training
Sales and/or customer service experience required

Responsibilities

Responsible for the monthly rent collection process.
Sending out small balance letters.
Keeping detailed notes regarding overdue accounts.
Preparing for eviction.
Working directly with residents to resolve overdue payments.
Maintaining organized records.

Benefits

Excellent Base Pay: $25.00 - $28.00/hour
